Dry Brushing is an ancient Ayurvedic ritual that is gaining popularity again nowadays. It is a skincare routine that requires very little investment and effort: just a natural bristle brush can give big benefits on your skin.

WHEN TO BRUSH
Based on your daily rituals, you can dry brush anytime morning or evening before showering while you are waiting for the water to warm up. In the morning to gently wake up your body or in the evening as a way to relax. Start once a week but be very careful to be gentle if you have very sensitive and irritated skin, it might not be for you.
HOW TO DO IT
Brush from the feet up, gently and after from your hands up towards your heart.
